Speaking of eating, it may interest you to know that I am on the ulcer diet indefinitely. What are some mild, heartburn-safe mostly-vegetable vegan things I could make?

Sweet potato w/ cultured butter. You should think about adding some cultured dairy to your diet for your stomach.
Oatmeal w/ fruit and nuts.
Miso soup w/tofu and veggies (dried shitake mushrooms reconstitued--can you eat soy sauce and mushrooms? I have some for you if so.)
Vegetable Barley soup--barley rocks.
Silken tofu, peanut butter and frozen banana smoothie.

I'll keep thinking. Tell me what you can't eat on the ulcer diet.

Such a flood of delight! I have been meaning to get into soups. And also, I'm kind of limited by Creamery limits, but I can probably get around them.

Thank you!! I will make sure to seek your help as I do this.
